A paid order cannot be canceled (no refunds). If you order and receive a defective item then you have to email us at info@epreperc.gr and send us a picture of the defective item.Then we will arrange how you will send it back to us in order to send you back a new one!
Before packeting we always check the products in order to avoid such situations.
